Architectural Specifications
Contract Hardware Inc has consultants on staff who can assist during the earlier stages of Design Development (DD) and on through to the construction document issue(s) providing 3-part CSI format sections within Division 8. This has been proven to be very beneficial to ownership and design teams for projects which have specific design criteria while also maintaining local governing code compliance. With active members in Construction Specification Institute (CSI) as well as the Door and Hardware Institute(DHI), we have the option of participating in a full service Division 8 package from DD phase all the way through delivery of the building/facility.

Estimating
We have a staff dedicated to the coverage of several market sectors within the building industry, including Hospitality, Public Schools, Healthcare, and Tenant Interiors. Each team maintains a group focus which includes working with builders to prepare budget proposals useful and often required during the pre-construction phase. We take special care and attention to properly quantify your job’s scope of materials, identifying items that might require additional information. Requests for Information and the identification of such items needing further direction are a standard dialog we establish when estimating every project.

Extensive Product Inventories
We keep a large variety of product in our warehouse for quick pick up. We stock many different options of locks, closers, hinges and door accessories to meet any contractors professional needs. We also keep a variety of wood / hollow metal doors and hollow metal frames in stock. Our Sales Representatives are ready to take your call and help you with all of your door & hardware needs.

Expedited Delivery
We strive to provide the most efficient and affordable means of delivery. Our personal and professional drivers are readily available and use the utmost care to deliver your product in a timely manner. They work closely with contractors to ensure delivery is successful. When moving large quantities of product we can take advantage of our large open area truck for deliveries or use our contracted freight line services. We can also ship smaller quantities of product using Parcel services.

Shop Drawings
We have experienced schedulers/ detailers in-house who will work closely with you to create a quote with your provided drawings that will suit any need. They are experienced in small single door / frame drawings and schedules, or large projects such as schools and hotels.

Hollow Metal Fabrications
Our certified and professional welding technicians can assist with your door and frame fabrication needs. They specialize in frame prepping, frame welding, three-sided and elevation, and also door preps, such as lite kits. We take pride in our unique work. Installation
Installation can be provided by contacting your Project Manager or Sales Representative.
